Hart Law PLLC

A boutique law firm for the

savvy businessperson

Imran H. Ansari, of counsel to the firm, began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Over his several years at the District Attorney’s Office he successfully prosecuted hundreds of serious cases dealing with robbery, burglary, assault, attempted murder, DWI, drug and gun possession, obtaining convictions at trial or through plea negotiation. It was at the District Attorney’s Office where Imran honed his trial skills and developed a reputation for being a formidable adversary in the courtroom.

After his public service commitment, Imran joined a prominent personal injury and civil litigation law firm where he handled personal injury cases dealing with construction site accidents, motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, toxic mold/chemical exposure, wrongful death, and other serious injury cases. Imran successfully took cases to trial, where he zealously fought for his clients in the courtroom, and strongly negotiated settlements in order to obtain the results his clients deserved.

Imran demonstrates the same vigor in his handling of personal injury, criminal defense, and civil litigation matters, and is committed to fighting for the best results for the firm’s clients.

Imran started his professional life in 2000 as a television producer at Court TV before heading off to law school.

Imran is a frequent on-air legal analyst for Court TV as well as Law & Crime Network.
